The funeral service for Jane Marie Forster Casebolt, formerly of Minneapolis, will be held
1 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, at Bonnerup Funeral Chapel in Albert Lea. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Bonnerup Funeral Chapel, and one hour before the service.
Jane passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 26, 2005, at her home in Albert Lea with her family at her side. She was 62 years old. She had been fighting a battle with cancer.
Jane was born in Minneapolis on July 31, 1942, the daughter of Albert and Doris (Hodge) Forster.
On Sept. 7, 1963, Jane was united in marriage with Allan Casebolt in Minneapolis. They lived most of their marriage in Minneapolis and then moved to Albert Lea in 1998.
Jane had worked as an office manager for Allied HMR Inc. in Bloomington for 35 years and at Wal-Mart in Albert Lea from 1998 to2000. Her hobbies included: fishing, playing bingo, and going to Mystic Lake and going on long drives. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Jane is survived by her two daughters: Rebecca (Jesus) Gonzales and Catherine (Donald) Bierman; nine grandchildren: Robin Casebolt, Amy Casebolt and her special friend Zachary Camerer, Kristy Bierman, Dawn Bierman, Kayla Bierman, Eric Gonzales aid Kelly Gonzales; one sister, Joyce (Orville) Anderson; and one brother, Robert (Vicky) Forster.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Allan, in 2001.
Jane was a great wife, wonderful mother, and a very loving grandmother. She will be deeply missed by everyone that loved and cared for her.
