Funeral services for Joyce E. Gresczyk, age 69, of Albert Lea, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 10,

at the Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home. Archie Kroeger will officiate. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bayview and one hour prior to the services at the chapel. To sign the guest book, go to www.bayview/funeral.com.

Joyce died Sunday, June 5, 2005, at the Albert Lea Good Samaritan Center.

Joyce Elaine Gresczyk was born Dec. 31, 1935, to Irving L. and Mildred C. (Nelson) Stiles in Albert Lea. She graduated from Albert Lea High School in 1953 and attended Albert Lea Vo-Tech. In 1956, Joyce was united in marriage to Gordon L. Moyer at First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea.

She was employed at Kroegers, Universal, Waste Management, Midwest Savings & Loan, United Employees Credit Union, and Farmstead. Following Gordon’s death, Joyce married Julian Gresczyk in Sioux Falls, S.D., and the couple moved to Las Vegas. After Julian’s death, Joyce returned to Albert Lea. She was a former member of First Lutheran Church and currently a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Survivors include her daughters: Debbie and husband Donald Johnson, Cheryl and husband Paul Schroeder, and Christine Moyer, all of Albert Lea; grandchildren: Danielle and husband Charles Williams of North Carolina, Joseph and wife Amber Johnson of Hartland, Travis Schroeder of Albert Lea, Mike Schroeder of Missouri, and Jennifer Moyer of Albert Lea; great-grandchildren: Jacob Johnson and Nando Sanchez; her mother, Mildred Stiles of Albert Lea; brother, Arvid and his wife Kay Stiles of Minneapolis; sister-in-law, Carol Stiles of Albert Lea; and nieces and nephews.

Joyce was preceded in death by her father, Irving; husbands: Gordon and Julian; brother, Keith; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Ferris and Alma Moyer; and brothers-in-law: Dalis and Jerry Moyer.
