Memorial services for Paul (Wiz) V. Biggins will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 9,
at St Theodore Catholic Church. The Rev. James Berning will officiate. Visitation will be held Friday, July 8, from 4 to 8 p.m.at St. Theodore Catholic Church, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. There will be a scripture prayer service Friday at 7:30 p.m. at St. Theodore Catholic Church. Interment will be in St. Theodore Catholic Cemetery.
Paul died Wednesday, June 29, 2005, at his home in Albert Lea. He was 40 years of age.
Paul was born June 12, 1965, in DeNaut, Belgium, the son of Patrick and Johanna (Faber) Biggins. He was a resident of Freeborn County and a graduate of Glenville High School.
Paul was medically discharged from the U.S. Navy. On March 27, 1989, he was united in marriage to Patricia Huisman in Waseca. Paul was a member of St Theodore Catholic Church.
Paul enjoyed watching football, movies and Star Wars. He loved to spend time with family activities, fishing and helping others. He had a heart of gold.
Paul is survived by his wife, Patricia of Albert Lea; children: Lucas DeLaFosse of Austin, Shawn Biggins of Albert Lea, Alexander Biggins of Albert Lea, and Kimberly Biggins of Albert Lea, MN; parents: Patrick and Johanna Biggins of
Almogordo, N.M.; sisters: Chantal (Brian) Willaby of Blue Earth, and Patricia (Kent) Martin of St. Paul; brother, Michael Biggins of Newport News, Va.; niece,
Diana Biggins of Brainerd; and many friends and relatives.
