Katie Dulas, 75, Wells

Katie Dulas, 75, of Wells, died on Thursday, Oct. 27, 2005, at Parkview Care Center in Wells from cancer.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Oct. 31, 2005, at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Wells with the Rev. Eugene Stenzel officiating.

Burial will be in St. Casimir Catholic Cemetery. Visitation is from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday at the Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells with a prayer service at 5 p.m. Visitation will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday with a rosary at 9:15 a.m.

Katie was born on Dec. 21, 1929, in Wells, the daughter of Vincent and Pelagia (Ciecelski) Dombrowski. She married Anthony Dulas on June 18, 1951, in Wells.

Katie loved to crochet and embroider, belonged to two card clubs, the Wells Senior Citizens and loved to watch the Twins baseball team, The Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune. She especially enjoyed fishing trips and being with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband Tony; six children, Pat Dallman and her husband, Wayne, of Wells, Diane Dulas of Cleveland, Brian Dulas and his wife, Kathy, of Waseca, Bev Ziemke and her husband, Tim, of Owatonna, Allen Dulas and his wife, Vonda, of Hanska, and Nancy Dulas and special friend, Rusty Guenther, of Cleveland; 11 grandchildren, Jarvis and his wife, Tonya Dallman, Nick Dallman and his fiancee, Christie Luckey, Ashley Dallman and fiance, Larry Ribbe, Jenny Dulas, Tony and his wife, Nikki Dulas, Brett Dulas, Katie Ziemke and special friend, Tom Roeller, Krystal Ziemke and special friend, Pete Kasel, Kayla Ziemke, and Kylie and Cole Dulas; six great-grandchildren, Kalob, Justin, Jordan, and Ethan Dallman and Alex and Brett Byrne; two sisters, Anne Sonnek and her husband, Willard, of Easton and Vic Bushlack of Waseca; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters.
