SHERBURN &045; The struggles continued for the NRHEG football team as it lost to Martin County West, 31-0.

The Mavericks took advantage of a beat up Panther team missing several regulars to score through the air and on the ground.

NRHEG was unable to answer as its running game was held to just 20 yards on 27 carries in the game.

&uot;The guys played really hard, but we were undersized up front and it showed.

We gave up to many big plays,&uot; said Panther head coach Dan Stork.

The NRHEG defense held MCW to just eight points in the first quarter as Tate Anderson score on a 5-yard run, but 16 second quarter points put the game out of reach.
