Nancy M. Quade, age 80, of Loveland, Colo., died Dec. 24, 2005, at the Hospice McKee Medical Care Center.

Nancy M. Quade was born May 22, 1925, to Nels and Ellen (Frederiksen) Christensen, in Westbrook, Minn. She attended school in Westbrook and one year beautician school in Minneapolis. Nancy was married, in 1945, in Minnesota.

Occupations: Owner/Operator of Nancy’s Beauty Shop in Albert Lee, Minnesota. Worked at Teledyn in Loveland and Owner/Operator since of 1973 of Gateway Motel in Loveland.

Nancy was a member of Derby Hill Baptist, in Loveland. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and spending time with family and grandchildren.

Nancy is survived by her sons: James Quade, of Fort Collins, Colo.; and John Quade, of Northwood, Iowa; daughters: Rosie (Dale) Leegaard, of Northwood, Iowa; and Judy Keefe, of Loveland, Colo.; sister: June Quade, of Wells,; 11 grandchildren: Tim and Teresa Quade, of Loveland, Colo.; Mike and Lori Quade, of Loveland, Colo.; Nancy Curtis, of Ft. Collins, Colo.; Angela Quade, of Austin; Victoria and Tim Earing, of Longmont; Randy and Carla Leegaard, of Emmons; Susan Leeegaard, of Northwood, Iowa; Rhonda Leegaard, of Fort Collins, Colo.; Dr. John Leegaard, of Lake Mills, Iowa; David and Staci Leegaard, of Joplin, Mo.; SGT. Steven Hanson, of Fort Hood, Texas; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, spouse and grandson Rodney.

Funeral services will be held at Viegut Funeral Home, Wednesday, Dec. 28, at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Duane Trimble, of Derby Hill Baptist, officiating. Viewing will be Tuesday, Dec. 27, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Viegut. Burial will be at Resthaven.
