Nancy Varner, 53, of Victoria, Minn.

The memorial service for Nancy Jo Varner, of Victoria, Minn., will be held at a later date following Christmas. Interment will be in the Hollandale Cemetery, Hollandale, Minn.

Nancy Jo died Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2005, at the Community Living Incorporated, Victoria.

She was 53 years.

Nancy Jo was born in Albert Lea on July 7, 1952, the daughter of Cecil and Barbara (Kron) Varner. She attended special education classes. Nancy Jo lived at home until 1971 when she moved to the Community Living Incorporated in Victoria. She was a member of the Hollandale Conservative Congregational Church, Hollandale.

Spending time with her family was very important to Nancy. She also enjoyed traveling and loved the staff and residence at the Community Living Incorp.

Nancy is survived by her parents: Cecil and Barbara Varner of Hollandale; brothers: Daniel and Charles Varner both of Hollandale; aunts: Mary Kron of Albert Lea, Helen Trim of Evanston, Ill., Lorraine Kuntz of Helena, Mont., Betty Wilson and husband, Burton of Des Moines; uncle: Kris Anderson and wife, Ernestine of Turlock, Calif.; nieces: Christina Holtberg and husband, Lee of Blooming Prairie, Minn., Laura Varner of Hollandale; nephew: Jacob Varner of Hollandale; a host of other relatives. She was also survived by her extended family and staff at Community Living Incorp.

Nancy was preceded in death by her grandparents: Russel and Lola Varner, B.J. and Etta Kron; aunt: Josephine Varner Iverson.

Her family was blessed to have Nancy for 53 years.
