In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made in her honor to her church, St. Andrews Lutheran.

Agnes was the youngest of eight children born to Andrew and Kari Dyrdal near Lerdal, Minn.

She grew up on the family farm and attended Hoidal School and graduated from the Lutheran Academy in Albert Lea.

She then worked at the Albert Lea Tribune until she married Glen K. Bennett shortly after World War I.

They owned a tailor shop at the Hotel Albert.

In 1927 they were blessed with the birth of their son Robert A. Bennett.

After retirement they moved to San Diego, Calif. to be near their son and his family.

Glen and Agnes were married for 60 years and she survived another 28 years after Glen passed away in 1979. She resided in La Mesa, Calif. until she was 106 years old and then moved to Life Care Center of Escondido to be near her dear friend and former daughter-in-law Bonnie Wooley.
