NORTHWOOD &045; Led by Cody Hanson’s 28 points the Northwood-Kensett boys’ basketball team lambasted North Central 93-26.

The Vikings were up 39-16 at halftime and continued to pour on the offense in the second half.

While N-K couldn’t miss North Central had a hard time putting the basket in the hoop managing just 10 points in the final 16 minutes.

Thirteen different players scored for the Vikings in the game including Mike Bloomingdale who had 15 points and Matt Midtgaard who added 11.

Kris Kunz led the way for North Central with 11.

N-K mad 37 field goals in the came while giving up just 10, and the Vikings also hit seven 3-pointers.

The Vikings will now prepare for postseason action.
