MASON CITY &045;&160;The Lake Mills boys’ golf team finished second in a triangular Tuesday.

The Bulldogs shot 160 finishing behind the 155 of Mason City Newman but ahead of Garner-Hayfield’s 165.

Charlie Rognes led the Bulldogs with a round of 38, A.J. Appel added a 39, Cole Christianson shot 40 and Alex Brandt rounded out the top four with a 43.

The girls’ team shot a 243 finishing behind Garner (192) and Newman (207).

Trina Bernhard led Lake Mills with a 53, Laura Fjelstad added a 54, Courtney Kingland carded a 66 and Ashlyn Norris shot 70.
