ALDEN &045;&160;The Alden-Conger baseball team played Maple River Tuesday without four starters who were participating in a science fair.
Left with just 10 players the Knights were no-hit 10-0 in five innings.
Maple River scored 10 runs on 10 hits and took advantage of six A-C errors.
The Knights were unable to solve the Maple River pitcher who struck out 10 in the game.
&8220;We played good baseball but we just had some kids out there that had a couple of problems,&8221; said A-C head coach Faron Bremseth.
The Knights, who saw their record move to 3-5 in conference play and 5-8 overall, are at Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton Thursday.
