ADAMS &045;&160;The Glenville-Emmons Legion baseball team continues to struggle in the field, and once again it cost the team a game Friday night.

G-E committed six errors and had just five hits in a 8-2 loss to Adams.

Wade Flattum pitched well giving up just two earned runs over six innings and striking out five, but Adams was able to take advantage of the extra opportunities G-E gave it.

&8220;We are just an inexperienced team right now,&8221; said G-E head coach Louie Toulouse. &8220;We have to start making some plays because Wade pitched well enough to win.&8221;

Adams took advantage of errors to score four times in the second and put the game away with three more in the sixth.

G-E’s offense came in the second when Michael Greibrok and Bridger Bjorklund each singled, advanced on a wild pitch and scored on an error.

Toulouse is still waiting for his team, which struck out 10 times and walked twice, to become more disciplined at the plate.

G-E is now 0-4 on the season.
