The Glenville-Emmons Legion baseball team continued to struggle offensively against Kasson in a 7-3 loss.
G-E took a 3-2 lead heading into the fourth inning but Kasson would score the final five runs to secure victory.
G-E used eight singles in the game to string together its offense led by Devin Kassa who went 3-for-3 with two runs scored and Wade Flattum who also had three hits and drove in two of the runs.
An error by G-E in the fourth inning allowed Kasson to score twice before they added three more runs in the fifth.
Justin Flattum pitched well over six innings of work giving up eight hits, striking out seven, walking four and allowing five earned runs.
&8220;Justin went to a few more three ball counts but if we could score a few more runs and make plays in the field this is a game we were competitive enough in to win,&8221; said G-E head coach Louie Toulouse.
