Thomas Parry Jr., 59, Albert Lea

The memorial service for Thomas Edward Parry Jr., of Albert Lea, will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, at St. Theodore Catholic Church. The Rev. James Berning and Deacon Mike Ellis will officiate. Military honors will be accorded at the church. Bonnerup Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Tom died suddenly, Friday, Oct. 20, 2006

at his home. He was 59 years old.

Tom was born Oct. 6, 1947, in Albert Lea to Thomas and Ruth (Siglowski) Parry. He was a lifetime Albert Lea resident.

Tom graduated from Albert Lea High School in 1966. Tom married Rose Toth on Dec. 8, 2004. He was a member of St. Theodore Catholic Church.

Tom worked for Streaterand PRO Manufacturing, Stevens Window and Hardware and also enjoyed fixing mobile homes.

Tom belonged to the Eagles. He served in the United States Army in Panama. Tom enjoyed all sports, playing pool and coaching girls&8217; softball.

Tom was very close to his nieces and nephews.

He especially loved his grandsons.

Tom is survived by his wife Rose Parry of Albert Lea; daughter Lacey Pederson of Albert Lea; stepchildren: Shanda Meyer and her husband Doug of Hartland, and Travis Brekke and his wife Norena of Albert Lea and their children Charley and Pacey, brothers and sisters: Kathy Mielke of Eagle Lake, Jeanette (Ron) Parker of Champlain, Marge Doyle of Albert Lea, Connie Parry of Albert Lea, James (Faye) Parry of Tucson, Ariz., Terrance Parry of Owatonna and Bob (Brenda) Parry of Albert Lea.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents and sister Patricia.
