Logan Callahan, son of David and Cindy Callahan, was awarded a third place trophy in the 65 cc 10-11 racing class Oct. 13 at the Motokazie 2006 Annual Awards Banquet for competing in the Motokazie Elko/Mankato Motocross Dealer Series.

This series was comprised of seven races &045; five at the Elko Motocross Track and two at the Mankato Motocross Track.

Hundreds of racers competed at these events to earn points towards the series awards. The Motokazie banquet took place at the Park Ballroom in New Prague where families gathered to celebrate the racers achievements.

An estimated 350 people were in attendance to watch the 175 racers receive trophies, prizes and scholarships.

The Motokazie outdoor racing season is complete and the indoor season will start again in December at the I-90 Expo Center in Sherburn.
