Police charged Felipa Aleluta Urbano with felony fleeing of a police officer Monday at 5:50 p.m. According to police reports, an officer tried to stop Urbano on East Main Street near Prospect Avenue because she was driving without headlights, but she would not stop for the officer. She continued to drive through several traffic lights, got onto Interstate 35 and then got onto Interstate 90 eastbound, traveling only 40 to 50 miles an hour. Reports indicated that police finally stopped the vehicle on Interstate 90 at the 161 mile marker. Urbano was also charged for not having a Minnesota Driver&8217;s license, police reports stated.

Two arrested on local warrants

Police arrested Sarah Nicole Tuttle of Albert Lea for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance Tuesday at 4:37 a.m. after they stopped for a property check at the storage sheds on the west end of Pilot Street, according to police reports. Tim Millhouse, also of Albert Lea, was arrested on a local warrant for a controlled substance crime and fourth-degree sale of meth. Tuttle had a warrant out of Mower County, and Millhouse had a warrant out of the Minnesota Department of Corrections. During the arrest, a vehicle search was also made, and police found drug paraphernelia and controlled substances, police reports said.
