USC handles Triton

WELLS &045; The sixth-ranked United South Central wrestling team had little trouble handling Triton beating the Cobras 58-9 Tuesday.

The Rebels won the first 11 matches of the night getting wins from Zach Wigern and Dustin Dylla,

both by decision at 103 and 112.

Triton would forfeit the next four weights before Dylan Thisius pulled out a 5-4 win at 140 to make the score 33-0 USC.

No. 10 Jacob Bonsack received a forfeit at 145, Brian Wood downed Drew Johnson 3-1 in overtime at 152 and Sam Stevermer earned a 13-1 major decision at 160.

Jake Herman would pin Adam Warhime in 4:15 for USC at 171 before the Cobras got a pin of their own at 189 wtih David Kunz over Luke Beyer and No. 4 Josh Quesnel downed USC&8217;s Mike Linder at 215.
