Catherine Loretta Schimek, age 98, of Wells, died Friday, Feb. 23, 2007, at United Hospital in Blue Earth. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Wells. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. and one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday with Rosary at 9:30 a.m.
