Police arrested Mark Robert Niedzalkowski, 45, of Hillsboro, Wis. for fourth-degree DWI charges after he lost control of his vehicle, hit a parked car and then crashed into the New to You Store on 123 N. Broadway Ave. at 9:36 p.m. Friday, according to police reports. Reports indicated there is about $1,000 damage to the vehicle. There was no estimated damage to the store.

Man cited for DWI

Police cited Douglas Allen Gilbertson, 26, with third-degree DWI charges at 1:53 a.m. Sunday after a traffic stop at Washington Avenue near the Clothing Care Center. Reports indicated an officer stopped to help Gilbertson who was stuck in the snow and found him to be under the influence.
