GOODHUE &8212; The Glenville-Emmons girls&8217; basketball team saw its season come to an end Friday night when it lost to top-seeded Goodhue, 63-30.

G-E knew it had to play a near perfect game to compete and ended up shooting just 8 of 46 from the field.

The Wolverines were led by Ashley Lau who had 17 points and 11 rebounds. Lau ended the game seven points shy of 1,000 in her career. Jordyn VanRyswyk added four points and Kailey Davis had three.

&8220;They were by far the toughest team we have faced all year,&8221; G-E head coach Lisa Ziebell said.

G-E saw its record move to 6-20 on the season.
