Diane Kardash, 56, of Farmington, died peacefully on March 18, 2007.

She was preceded in death by her father, Crescent; grandparents, August and Mary Orth and Bill and Claudia Posterick; and special friends.

She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Bill; daughter, Aimee (Zach) Turcotte; son,

Chad (Mary); granddaughter, Ashlyn; and grandson, Ryan.

Also survived by mother, Carolyn Orth; siblings, Reg (Penny) Orth, Mary (Doni) Schmaus, Suzie Orth, and Mark (Brenda) Orth; many other relatives and friends; and her favorite cat, Pudgy.

Diane enjoyed shopping, spending time with her family &8212; especially her grandchildren, sewing, crafting, enjoying time at the cabin and the company of her husband.

A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Andrew&8217;s Catholic Church, 566 Fourth St., Elk River. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Dare&8217;s Funeral Home, 805
