Police cited Anthony Aaron Kast, 45, for fourth-degree DWI charges, third-degree test refusal and leaving the scene of an accident at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to police reports. Reports indicated the citations occurred after police got several careless driving complaints.

Hit-and-run reported

A hit-and-run car accident was reported to police at 10:10 a.m. Monday, according to police reports. Reports indicated that a blue 2000 Ford Windstar was reported hit while at the Albert Lea Medical Center main parking lot sometime on Friday.
