Trevor Allen VanRyswyk, 28, of Albert Lea, was cited for disorderly conduct at 1:13 a.m. today at the Nasty Habit, 134 W. William St.

VanRyswyk was taken to Fountain Lake Treatment Center for detox, according to police reports.

Man arrested

Christopher John Smith, 35, of Albert Lea, was arrested for second- degree DUI, driving after revocation, no motorcycle endorsement, displaying fraudulent plates and tabs and no insurance at 3:44 a.m. today at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and Johnson Street in Albert Lea, according to police reports. Because of prior convictions, Smith was held in custody and his vehicle was seized, the report stated.
