Joshua Jon Bluhm, 31, was arrested for burglary and possession of stolen property and Scott Wade Ramey, 43, was arrested on Steele County and Rice County warrants, according to Albert Lea Police reports.

The report stated Bluhm and Ramey were spotted by a neighbor at 5:21 p.m. Sunday as they were allegedly robbing a house on Sheridan Street.

When the two men were picked up, the car they were driving was full and the trunk wouldn&8217;t shut, the report stated.
