Police cited Joshua Allen Claussen, 20, with fourth-degree DWI and illegal consumption at 2:20 a.m. today after a traffic stop near the intersection of Blake Avenue and Consul Street, according to police reports.

Also cited for illegal consumption was Jerome Jesus Duenes, 19.

Camera stolen

A camera was reported stolen from a residence on the 600 block of Water Street at 12:16 p.m. Wednesday, according to police reports.
