Windows in a 1994 black Blazer were reported broken out of a vehicle on the 100 block of South Fifth Avenue at 10:06 a.m. Tuesday, according to police reports. Reports indicated the incident happened sometime after 2:30 p.m. Monday.

Multiple people cited for open container

Police cited Clint Drew Brua, 23, and Cherly Ann Whitehouse, 22, with open container in a public park Wednesday at Fountain Park, reports stated.

Police also cited Nicholas Joseph Nesse, Jason Dean Thompson, Brandon Michael Servantes and Christopher John Hoever with open container violations at 11:24 p.m. Wednesday at 520 Green Ave.

Men cited for DWI

Police cited Mario Lopez Azompa, 21, with DWI charges Wednesday at 9:54 p.m. Wednesday after a traffic stop at High Street.

Italo Gomez, 21, was also cited for open bottle during the stop, according to police reports.

Police also cited Scott Alan Possehl, 18, with DWI charges at 10:48 p.m. Wednesday after a traffic accident at the intersection of Fountain Street and North Washington Avenue, according to police reports.
