Jesus Villafranco-Tovar, 23 of Minneapolis, was arrested for having an open bottle in a vehicle and giving false information to a police officer; Carlos Hernandez-Romero, 19, was arrested for minor consumption and Dawn Ostrander, 33, of Albert Lea, was arrested for second degree DWI, according to police reports. Police were called Harold&8217;s Bar at 1318 E. Main St. Saturday, according to reports, when Ostrander, Hernandez-Romero and Villafranco-Tovar refused to show identification.
