Camille Christenson, 76, Albert Lea

Funeral services for Camille Christenson, 76, of Albert Lea, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Lutheran Church, Albert Lea. The Rev. John Holt will officiate. Private burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
Camille died unexpectedly Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2007, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.
Camille Cecile Christenson was born on May 14, 1931, to Leo and Bernice (Burgoune) Garvey in Elk River. She attended school in Minneapolis. Camille married Darwin Haroldson in 1950, years later they divorced. For the last 22 years Camille has shared a loving and fulfilled life with John Haines. She enjoyed coffee with John and friends; spending time with her grandchildren and at the cabin. Camille also enjoyed sewing, doing crafts, cooking and baking.
Survivors include her children, Rita (William) Olson, Jerry (Sue) Haroldson, Tom (Rose) Haroldson, Dell Haroldson, Todd (Susan) Haroldson, Darlene (Jay) Federly and Brandy (Mike) Boettcher; and friend John Haines and his children, Julie Anderson, Brenda (Kenny) Keesling and Tracy (Robin) Haines. Camille has 34 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and four soon-to-be-arriving great-grandchildren; sisters Ethelene Jensen, Carol Lee Schober
and Susan Garvey; brother, Jerry Garvey, many nieces and nephews.
Camille was preceded in death by her parents, brother Ron Garvey, and sister June Miller.
