Exposer reported at Oakland rest stop

A woman notified the Freeborn County Sheriff&8217;s Office at 10:35 a.m. Wednesday of a man who exposed himself to her at the Oakland rest stop off of Interstate 90.
According to reports, the woman was using the bathroom facilities at the rest area, when a man came out of the wooded area and followed her to her vehicle. When she got inside the car, she locked her doors. The man then tapped on her window and exposed himself. Reports indicated the man &8212; who was about 25 to 30 years old with long brown hair, a mustache and a beard &8212; was wearing a sleeveless shirt, a denim skirt and sandals.
The woman stated the only vehicle she noticed at the rest area was a white Olds sedan parked crosswise in a parking stall.
When she drove away, the man walked back into the woods on the west side of the rest area, according to reports.
Windows broken out of vehicle
Windows were reported broken out of a vehicle parked behind the Albert Lea Public Library at 6:53 p.m. Wednesday, according to police reports.
High school spray-painted
Albert Lea High School was reported spray-painted and toilet papered at 7:34 a.m. Tuesday, police reports stated.
