GRAND MEADOW &8212; The Glenville-Emmons volleyball team rallied after losing the first game 13-25 to Grand Meadow to win the next three and the match 25-23, 25-18, 25-13.
&8220;We had a lot of mistakes early, and it is a little concerning because against teams that don&8217;t pass as well we have a window of opportunity that we won&8217;t have against better teams,&8221; G-E head coach Lisa Ziebell said.
The Wolverines served at 93 percent in the match led by Jessie Nelson who scored 17 points on her serve and had seven aces.
Jordyn VanRyswyk had 14 kills and three blocks while Kailey Davis added five kills and 12 digs. Molly Kral dished out 15 assists.
G-E is now 3-2 in the Southeast Conference.
The Wolverines were in Waterville for a tournament over the weekend.
