Police cited Tyler Scott Juveland and Tyler Dain Christensen, both 19, with drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop at 6:19 p.m. Monday at 1311 W. Front St., police reports stated.

Vehicle windows reported broken

Windows were reported broken out of a 2006 blue Dodge Ram parked in a driveway on the 1100 block of Madison Avenue at 7:47 a.m. Monday, reports stated.

Man cited for illegal consumption

Police cited Cody Alan Baseman, 20, with illegal consumption at 12:23 a.m. today on West Clark Street, according to reports.
