Norris Hagen, 75, Albert Lea

Funeral services for Norris Glennis Hagen, 75, of Albert Lea will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Albert Lea. The Rev. Norman Johnson will officiate. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church.
Norris died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2007, at his son&8217;s home.
Norris Glennis Hagen was born on Nov. 18, 1931, to Paul and Gena (Soland) Hagen in Albert Lea. He was a lifelong resident of the area and attended rural schools. Norris worked on the family farm and later farmed his own. He also worked for Diekema Construction and various other contractors before starting his won concrete business, B & H Concrete, with his brothers Gorden and Roy. Norris was a very devoted member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. He enjoyed playing pool, watching football and baseball on television. Norris also enjoyed his home and living in the country. He took a lot of pride in his garden, his trees, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his son, Jeff Hagen and his fianc/e Joyce Copas; daughter Jena and her husband Brad Lombard; grandchildren, Brady and Dylan Lombard, and Alexandra Hagen; brother-in-law, Mack McColloch; and nieces and nephews.
Norris was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jay; sister, Pearl McColloch; and brothers, Roy and Gorden.
