WINDOM &8212; Alden-Conger dropped a pair of girls&8217; basketball games over the weekend at the Windom tournament.

On Friday, the Knights fell to host Windom 74-44.

Haley Johnson and Krista Mathiason led the team with 10 points each.

&8220;We started very slowly and we couldn&8217;t rebound,&8221; coach Gary Newman said.

It was more of the same for the Knights on Saturday as they lost to Fairmont 75-39.

Abby Christensen scored 10 points and had eight rebounds.

&8220;It was a very good experience for us,&8221; Newman said. &8220;I hope we learned some things.&8221;
