Memorial services for Arlene L. Roberts, of Albert Lea, will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at Bonnerup Funeral Service, Albert Lea. The Rev. Dan Baker will officiate. Interment will be Lakewood Cemetery. Friends may visit one hour before services at the funeral home.

Arlene died on Monday, Dec. 10, 2007, at the Good Samaritan Center in Albert Lea.

Arlene was born on July 3, 1930, in Albert Lea, the daughter of Arthur and Bertha G. Roberts.

She had been a longtime resident of Elm Homes in Albert Lea, and had also worked for Cedar Valley Services. Arlene was a passionate bingo player and also enjoyed taking pictures of friends and family. She loved cats and she so appreciated that Elm staff shared their pets with her. Family was important to her and she always made a special effort to keep in touch with them.

Arlene is survived by her sister Margaret Clausen of

Port Orchard, Wash., nieces, nephews, her &8220;Elm Home family&8221; and dear friend Mary Dodds of Excelsior.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Lawrence and sisters Hazel and Irene.
