Allen Michael Jensen, 36, of Emmons, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Friday at Second Street in Twin Lakes for driving under the influence and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, according to police reports. Jensen was driving on State Highway 69 and stopped for a traffic violation. He failed a field sobriety test, performed a urine test, and his vehicle was towed. He was found to be carrying a methamphetamines pipe with residue, according to reports.
