ALDEN &8212; Martin County West grabbed an early lead and held it throughout its game with Alden-Conger to pick up the win, 56-42, Thursday.

The Knights were more aggressive on the boards, but hurt themselves with several turnovers.

Jessie Bolinger led the Knights with nine points as A-C could not get its offense to click.

The Knights are now 0-6 in the Valley Conference and 2-10 overall. A-C is at Maple River Monday.
