A nationally recognized leadership author and motivational expert will speak Wednesday in Albert Lea.

Dave &8220;The Shef&8221; Sheffield will give a presentation at the Stateline Safety Council Luncheon at 11:30 a.m. at Riverland Community College.

The cost including lunch is $8 for members and $12 for nonmembers.
