Traffic crash sends child to ALMC

A traffic crash involving two vehicles at 3 p.m. Friday on East Main Street, in front of Trumble&8217;s Restaurant, caused a 7-year-old boy to be transported by an ambulance to the Albert Lea Medical Center, said Lt. J.D. Carlson.
&8220;I&8217;m sure everything&8217;s going to be OK,&8221; he said.
Traffic was rerouted from one lane of Main Street to the other, causing a temporary traffic jam.
One of the vehicles involved was a red Ford Expedition.
The report was not complete by the end of the business day Friday.
