Emerald-level status is awarded to an agent who has met the high sales quotes within a calendar year. A gold-plated lapel pin with emerald accent is awarded to the agent during the Awards Ceremony, in addition to a trophy and a personal invitation to attend a Century 21 Top Agent Retreat.
