Ruth Foat, 73, Mason City, Iowa

A celebration of life for Ruth E. Foat will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Roosevelt Middle School, 1625 S. Pennsylvania Ave., in Mason City, Iowa.
Ruth Esther Foat died on her 73rd birthday, April 21, 2008, at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, Okla.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Arvith Foat of Mason City; Mary (Jim) Hermanson and Roger (Alicia) Foat, both of Mason City; Nancy (David) Shurson of Phoenix, Ariz.; Sheri Dieser (Randy Reynolds) of Rochester; nine grandchildren; two sisters; and a brother.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Praise Community Church Building Fund, 1631 Fourth St. S.W., Suite 201, Mason City, Iowa, 50401.
