Police cited Carol Ann Berndt Wendland, 63, for fourth-degree DWI at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday after receiving a call of a careless driving complaint, according to reports. The caller of the complaint stated Wendland&8217;s car was driving all over the road, including on the wrong side of the street and up on the curb.
