Alden-Conger and Glenville-Emmons both advance two into sections

The Alden-Conger and Glenville-Emmons golf teams competed in the 1A sub-section tournament for a right to move on to section play.

The Knights finished fourth with a 388 while the Wolverines finished eighth with a 451.

Sam Hallman and Brandon McTague qualified for the section tournament. Hallman shot 86 to finish seventh overall and McTague place 11th with a 96.

Cody Huston of Glenville-Emmons advanced to the next round with a 93 for the day.

On the girls&8217; side the Wolverines finished seventh with a 549 and had Jenny Johnson advance to sections with her 109.
