The memorial service for Analyn C. Hitchcock of Albert Lea will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at St. John&8217;s Lutheran Home. Chaplain Laeger- Hagemeister will officiate. Interment will be in Lime Creek Synod Cemetery, rural Iowa. Visitation will be one hour before the service.

Analyn died Friday, May 16, 2008, at St. John&8217;s Lutheran Home. She was 87 years old.

Analyn was born Sept. 14, 1920, in Freeborn County to John and Sophia Sondrol. She had resided in Albert Lea and Alden. Analyn was a member of the United Methodist Church of Alden. She worked as a lab technician at the Alden Clinic. She married Orville LeRoy Peterson. He died July 26,1973.

Analyn later married Theodore Hitchcock. He died April 15, 1996.

Analyn is preceded in death by her parents and husbands.
