Mike Kruse, president of Church Offset Printing, presented a flag to the American Federation of Musicians Local 567 to be displayed on the band shell stage of Edgewater Park for their Sunday afternoon band concerts. Band concerts by the American Federation of Musicians are presented every Sunday afternoon from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. free to the public during the summer.

Accepting the flag in appreciation were board members Jim Berg, Northwood, Iowa, president; Bob Miller, Clarks Grove, vice president; Ben Stewart, Glenville; and Ralph Wangen, Albert Lea, all active musicians.

Berg plays with Full House, Bob Miller and Ralph Wangen are with the Blue Banners, Ben Stewart has his own band, Big Ben and the Brians, and also plays with the Blue Banners.

The Local 567 of American Federation of Musicians appreciated the acknowledgement with the flag proudly displayed on the Edgewater Park stage for special occasions. Church Offset also printed the summer schedule of the concerts for public use.
