Glenville-Emmons Community Education is sponsoring an old favorite Amish trip to Hazelton, Iowa. The trip will take place on Monday, June 23. The bus will load at 7:45 a.m. from Glenville-Emmons High School and depart at 8 a.m. The group will stop at The Little Brown Church in Nashuaa, Iowa, for fresh coffee and a roll.

After reaching Hazelton, stops will be made at Miller’s Country Store, Pine Grove Store, Maple Grove Bakery, Candy Kitchen Store, and Hershberger’s Quilt Store. Lunch will be a hearty meal at the Auf Dem Lande, a country restaurant that serves homemade food.

Cost of the trip will be $45 which includes the bus ride, coffee and roll, and your noon meal. The trip will be priced lower if the bus is full.
