For 9 1/2 weeks, 10-year-old Bridget Saxton and her mom had to figure out how to get along with Bridget being in a restrictive cast after having surgery for Perthes disease. Bridget declared she was ready to chop the cast off, and on Friday, April 11. it was finally time.
