The fact that someone threw a rock at the sign in the parade that was sponsored by the Minnesota Coalition for Immigration Reform and injured a woman was a tragedy but not the fault of MCIF, which was exercising its First Amendment rights. This is an example of  juvenile delinquents who have no respect for the law and must be prosecuted for assault and battery. If the parade committee decides not to allow the sign next year, then the Constitution loses and the criminals win. The U.S. used to be a nation of laws, now it is a nation of lawbreakers.
