I finally get it! Sen. Barack Obama, a biracial candidate, is perfect to deliver the liberal message! Just ask Jerry Springer.

Television personality and Democratic activist Jerry Springer was interviewed recently by conservative Sean Hannity. Springer said whether Obama is the most qualified presidential candidate is “irrelevant.” That factor should be “transcended” by the “history” of the event. The event being the nomination of a nonwhite candidate for president, according to Springer.

But aren’t liberals always complaining that race shouldn’t matter? Apparently it does matter in this case. Just ask Hillary Clinton, who was obviously the more qualified candidate.
