GLENVILLE &8212; The Glenville-Emmons girls&8217; basketball team played solid defense but ran into foul trouble which allowed LeRoy-Ostrander to get the 57-44 win Friday.

The Wolverines put LeRoy on the line 23 times in the game and it hit 16. Meanwhile, G-E was just 3-for-9 at the charity stripe in the game.

Jordyn VanRyswyk led the Wolverines with 20 points and 10 rebounds while both Danielle Cooper and Kalli VanRyswyk added six points apiece.

G-E hurt itself with 20 of its 30 turnovers in the game coming in the first half.

The Wolverines are now 6-17 on the season.
