Buildings reported spray-painted

The Edgewater Park bandshell was reported spray-painted at 3:04 p.m. Tuesday, police reports stated. Reports indicated there was damage to benches.
The Pioneer Park building was reported spray-painted last Thursday night. Damage is estimated at $400, according to reports.
Tires reported slashed
Two tires were reported slashed on a vehicle in the 900 block of Frank Avenue at 2:12 p.m. Tuesday, according to reports.
Several cited during traffic stop
Several people were cited for multiple violations during a traffic stop Sunday afternoon near the intersection of Front Street and Maplehill Drive, according to police reports. Joseph Pascuzzi, 48, was cited for allowing open container; Thomas Faulhaber, 45, was cited for open container; and Keith Anderson, 19, was arrested for a predatory offender violation, open container, illegal consumption and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Two cited for illegal consumption
Police cited Heather Lynn Hanson, 18, with illegal consumption at 12:11 a.m. Saturday on the 200 block of Adams Avenue after police received a noise complaint. One juvenile was also cited for illegal consumption.
Man cited
for two violations
Police cited Alfredo Ramirez-Gomez, 18, for minor consumption and urinating in public at 11:11 p.m. Saturday in the alley near Albert Lea Paint & Glass, according to reports.
Man arrested
for DWI
Police arrested Jesus Peralta Torne, 32, for DWI at 1:31 a.m. Sunday after a hit-and-run crash on Broadway Avenue.
